Offering a flexible sleeping arrangement, the room can be configured as either two twin beds or a luxurious super-king, making it ideal for both single occupancy and shared stays. The private en-suite bathroom features a beautiful free-standing bath and a separate walk-in shower, blending classic design with modern comfort for a spa-like experience.

The Oak Room may be reserved as single occupancy for $5785 USD, including CE for one DVM (non-DVM companions are welcome with the purchase of a separate companion package), or shared by two CE-attending guests for $4,435 USD per person.
Shared Room Bookings
To preserve a smooth and thoughtful booking experience, shared rooms are reserved under one primary guest. One guest will complete the booking and payment for the room, with shared guests arranging reimbursement independently. The primary booking guest remains responsible for the full room balance.
