The Larch Room is a quiet, thoughtfully designed retreat created for comfort, ease, and gentle restoration. Offering a flexible sleeping arrangement, the room can be configured as either two twin beds or a luxurious super-king, making it well suited for both single occupancy and shared stays. The space provides a peaceful place to unwind after days of learning and connection.
The room features a shared en-suite bathroom, accessed in conjunction with the adjoining Dressing Room. The bathroom includes a bath with a shower over the tub, blending classic charm with modern comfort.
The Larch Room may be reserved as single occupancy for $5,215 USD, or shared by two CE-attending DVM guests for $4,155 USD per person. Pricing includes registration for continuing education for attending DVM(s), as well as all scheduled meals, snacks, and non-alcoholic beverages throughout the retreat, including tea, coffee, and soft drinks. Alcoholic beverages are not included.

Shared Room Bookings
To preserve a smooth and thoughtful booking experience, shared rooms are reserved under one primary guest. One guest will complete the booking and payment for the room, with shared guests arranging reimbursement independently. The primary booking guest remains responsible for the full room balance.
